Shipping and Returns

 Shipping

Orders are typically shipped within 5 to 7 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product listing. For orders including pre-order items, all items will be shipped together once pre-order items are in stock. Orders will not be split into separate shipments.

Orders will be delivered as per the address information supplied by the customer to Smitten Collection, so please ensure that you have provided your current address. The indicated delivery term is an estimate, and there is no right to compensation if actual delivery takes longer.

We typically use Canada Post and will provide tracking on all orders.  

We do ship internationally. The customer is responsible for any additional fees that may apply to the package once it arrives in your country (taxes, tariffs, customs, duties, etc.). These fees are set by and paid to your country, and are not paid to or by Smitten Collection.

Return and Exchange Policy

Any product purchased that you are unsatisfied with and is in new, unused and unwashed condition may be credit noted within 14 days. Once we have received your returned item, in new and unused condition, you will be issued with a credit note for the purchase value. This credit note will not expire and can be used towards any items on our website. If the returned item is no longer in stock, we will arrange a refund.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, opened packages will not be accepted and will be deemed non-refundable and non-exchangeable.  All sale items are final and will not be accepted.

Please inspect your item when you receive it as returns that don’t follow these guidelines will not be accepted. Once we receive an eligible return, your return/exchange will be processed. 

Return Criteria

  • In original condition (unwashed and unused).

  • In original packaging and Smitten Collection must be notified within 14 days after purchasing.

  • International orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Returns Process

  • Please email sales@smittencollectionshop.com with the subject, "Return". Please include in the email your order number, the reason for return, the item name you are returning and the tracking number for your parcel. Items are required to be in original condition, unwashed and unused. 

  • Once we have accepted your return we will email you our return shipping address. Please include a note inside your parcel with your full name and order number. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • Lodge your parcel at your nearest post office. We recommend you paying for tracked shipping, as we do not accept responsibility of any returns lost in transit.

  • Once we have received your returned item, in new and unused condition, you will be issued with a credit note for the purchase value. This credit note will not expire and can be used towards any items on our website.

  • Please note:  If you have purchased your item with a discount code, you will be issued the exact value you paid for your item, not the full price. 

Smitten Collection reserves the right to refuse to process a return, based on the condition of the returning product. If the product is deemed non-returnable, Smitten Collection will deny the return and the original product will be returned to you.

Items purchased as a gift and returned will be refunded to the original purchaser, not the gift recipient.

Please do not DM us on Instagram with order enquiries as it is very difficult to keep track of all of them and we will direct you to email.

Warranty on Defected Items

We quality check every item that is shipped out and have a strict quality control procedure. If for some reason you think you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item. Please email proof of purchase (together with the order number) and pictures of the defect.  If the defect follows our policy, we will email a shipping label to return the package and the item will be fixed and prioritized to ship back. Please ship the product back in the original packaging that it was provided. We do not provide a warranty for any defects caused by misuse of the item.
