How do I care for my purchased items?  

There are care instructions attached to all our products.  We have also added a highlights tab to our Instagram page called "FAQ" that explains how to wash and best care for your products. If you need any extra assistance, please feel free to reach out! 

What happens if I entered some wrong details with my order, for example, address or contact number? 

Please email us as soon as possible if you have entered any of your details incorrectly so that we can try correct it for you. Please include your full name and order number with the email.
However, if your order has been processed and shipped before the notification has been received, we will not be able to correct it. Unfortunately, we cannot take any responsibility for incorrectly typed customer details.

If the shipping parcel is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

Is it possible to add any products to my order or make any adjustments? 

No. Unfortunately not. However, you are more than welcome to place another order! 

Can you ship internationally? 

Yes, we can! We are in no way responsible for any import or duty taxes imposed by your country. Please check these charges before placing your order.  

How soon can my order be shipped? 

We typically process and transfer orders to Canada Post within 5-7 business days of purchase.  

Is the shipping costs included in the price? 

Prices as advertised on the website are our current prices. Shipping costs are calculated separately.
